Responsibilities: Direct all aspects of an NCAA Division I women's field hockey program including starting and developing the program, student recruitment, scheduling, team travel, practice planning, budget management, selection and supervision of assistant coaches, and administration of the women's field hockey program in full compliance with NCAA, the NorPac Conference, and university rules and regulations.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree (a Master's Degree is preferred or the equivalent), successful coaching and teaching experience (preferably at the collegiate level), and the ability to identify and attract outstanding students to the university. Candidates must have a clear understanding of the student first philosophy in place at UC Davis.

Appointment: Full-time head coach position in intercollegiate athletics.

Compensation: Salary is competitive within the NorPac Conference and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
