All Convention Attendees and Prospective Attendees:

After significant discussion with the Anatole Hotel in Dallas, here is where we stand as of today.

Because June 6 has proved to be a significantly heavy night at the Anatole (SOLD OUT) AND because we have sold out the CABMA block of rooms for that night at the special convention rate of $169, you will have to look at different options for your stay in Dallas, at least for that night.

One option is to book your room at the Hilton Garden Inn (approx $169 or less per night), which is within walking distance of the Anatole. Then, if you so choose, you could change to the Anatole for the nights of June 7th and 8th at the convention rate of $169. Of course, if you don't want to move once in Dallas, you could stay at the Hilton Garden for the duration.

If you want to book the Hilton Garden Inn for one night or more, please call 214-634-8200. If you are contemplating a move after the first day to the Hilton Anatole, please call them directly at 214-748-1200 and be sure to mention the NACDA CONVENTION RATE of $169.00. NACDA has eliminated the on-line reservation page on its website because there were so many inconsistencies in the rate members were being quoted.

I apologize for the complexity of this hotel issue, but the Anatole will only set aside so many rooms for the convention rate, and from previous Dallas conventions and projections, the block appeared to be big enough when it was booked months ago.
