NCAA President Myles Brand to give CABMA's Keynote Address

Cleveland, Ohio - The College Athletic Business Management Association (CABMA) announced today that NCAA President Myles Brand will give the Association's keynote address at the 58th Annual CABMA Convention, which will be held Friday-Monday, June 6-9, at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas. The Keynote Address will take place on Saturday, June 7 at 8:30 a.m.

Brand is the fourth chief executive officer of the NCAA, assuming his duties as President on January 1, 2003. Prior to that, Brand was President of two major universities, Indiana University from 1994 through 2002, and the University of Oregon from 1989 to 1994.

CABMA is an organization devoted to the establishment, maintenance, and implementation of the highest standards of integrity and efficiency in the management and administration of business in the athletics departments and associations of colleges and universities.
